How do you define local?

As a business operating in Northern Virginia and serving the DMV region we consider anything within a 5-mile radius of one of our farmers' markets, to be local. We also deliver to the entirety of DC as well as most of Northern Virginia with Reston, Chantilly, Manassas, and Woodbridge being on the periphery of our delivery zones. If you live further away, we are happy to ship your order instead. Currently, we do not deliver to Maryland.

Can you modify the recipe for me?

If you have an allergy or sensitivity to a particular spice or herb that we use in our soups we are happy to make you a special batch provided you pre-order a minimum of 8 soups. Send us your inquiry at info@bosokitchen.com and we’ll work with you if we can. We do not offer modifications for any of the nuts at this time.

When is the salad available?

Salad Season is during the summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day

No. Soups are only available at the farmers market or through local home delivery.

We currently produce all or our soups, salads, and snacks at Frontier Kitchen, a shared commercial kitchen. If that changes, you’ll be the first to know! It is a co-working space that is not open to the public, orders can be picked up at the market or delivered to your home.
