BOSO kitchen is a family-owned food business that we started out of a desire to create a residual income to finance an educational charity.
My family came from a sub-Saharan African country, where children cannot afford books. Most do not have school manuals, let alone books to read for pleasure.
With BOSO Kitchen, we are working hard for a worthwhile endeavor even as we bring you deliciously made foods. We roast the nuts in small batches with so much care and the soups and salads have all natural and locally sourced ingredients.
The nuts are a great snack. The candied ones are quite unique and complex in taste. The seasoned ones are very delicately flavored with a variety of great spices such as turmeric and chili. The soups and salads help you stay satiated because of their high fiber and protein contents. Your gut will be happy! The use of spices in our recipes is worth noting. We judiciously add them to enhance the taste of the main ingredients and never to overwhelm them.
